Singapore - Tuesday's heavy rainfall third highest in 75 years

Yesterday was a record breaking day for Singapore. At 366 mm for a 24hrs rainfall level, 19/12/06 is the third heaviest rainfall day in the history of 75 yrs!

And guess what, the place that we went to hike last Saturday, was overflowing and flooded the low lying area around the reservoir. According to my mum, the flower garden became what the media called the "flower sea".

Well, the rain definitely cool Moses and myself while we work on our project... cos usually afternoon are hot and humid..

Hope the weather stays cool for the rest of the duration that i will be here.. Hot and sticky just isn't the way to go especially when u are doing something on ur laptop, or when your best friend lay on your bed, i did tell him no no... and even so, he laid on my duvet, so not too bad.
