Snails Eater!

Today we decided to go ahead and try a new recipe obtained from Gordon Ramsey's Fword. It is going to be a daring and bold move, but we are determined and convinced that it is possible to eat our own garden snails!!!

So the 1st thing in the morning, after breakfast, we went to the garden and did some trimmings of the lawn and flower bushes and of cos not forgetting looking for garden snails. Managed to find quite a number of big-enough-to-be-eaten-sized snails. Daze was actually my QA ( quality controller ) telling me to not pick up small snails. ( YEah can u beleaf that?? She is more concerned about the size of the snails than i am, boy she must be hungry!! )

According to the recipe, we need to detox them for 2 days, so we will update you with the snail story everyday. Watch this space.
