A Professional Service

Remember awhile ago we went to a studio for a photo shoot?? We just went to collect it from the studio and boy, don't u think the picture of us look fabulous???

Comparing it to another photo shoot that we had in Singapore, this is so much more professional and brilliant... Venture gave us this beautiful shot, framed up nicely for free. The other just merely gave us a CD-R with 2 not so pretty shots + some rude comments from the image consultant. After these 2 visits to the 2 professional photo studio, i realised something:

A professional service (Venture) will lead to fantastic (returning) customers. Even though there is no benefit if you refer this professional service to your friends, you as a free trial customer feels good recommending this professional service too. Whereas a lousy service (not Venture), offering incentives for recommending it, does not make us want to refer our friends to it, purely because we do not want our friends to expose themselves to a lousy service rendered.

Moral of the story:

Always treat your potential customers as if they are your customers. If they are satisfied with whatever you offered to them, even though this time round they have no money to buy it, one day when they have the money, they will come back to you.

I learnt it from Cycle and Carriage ( Mercedes distributor in Singapore ). They treat all their potential customers as if they have already bought one. I think this is the respect in sales line that should be displayed everytime without fail in any sales or retail stores.
